Since relocating to Ireland, Kateryna has been actively engaged in community initiatives supporting the integration of Ukrainian professionals through employment, mentoring, and career development.

She collaborates with local organisations, NGOs, and business networks, including the Ukrainian Crisis Centre Ireland (UCCI) and United for Change, to deliver career workshops, LinkedIn sessions, and practical job-search mentoring programmes.

Kateryna regularly organises and hosts “Work in Ireland” workshops, designed to help newcomers understand the Irish job market, prepare effective CVs, and build confidence during interviews.

She is also involved in developing new collaborative initiatives focused on long-term integration through training, mentorship, and access to employment opportunities in partnership with local recruitment and education experts.
